News Release: Canada's New Government Enhances Aerial Surveillance to Detect Illegal Discharges from Ships in Canada's Arctic Waters

After the discovery of mysterious spills in Canada's Arctic Waters, Harper's new government implements the surveillance of ships in order to identify breaches of Canada's Arctic Waters Pollution Act and enforce the rules accordingly, to protect Arctic waters.
