In this public lecture, Dr. Whitney Lackenbauer – one of Canada’s leading Arctic historians and commentators on defence and security in that region – will provide an overview of the events, activities, and relationships that have shaped our country’s approach to the North since the Second World War and their implications for Indigenous peoples.
