  • This guidance document was made by the Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC) alongside Canadian public health experts to help local public health officials and post-secondary schools with how they can continue to operate during the COVID-19 pandemic.
  • The guidance addresses the added complexities of post-secondary institutions, the reality of domestic and international travel, in-class learning, on and off-campus housing and activities, and how to plan, manage and respond to COVID-19 at post-secondary institutions, along with the mental health needs of students, teachers and staff.
