North American Leaders' Summit 2016
- In June 2016, Canada hosted the President of the United States of America, Barack Obama, and the President of Mexico, Enrique Peña Nieto, in Ottawa, Ontario for the tenth North American Leaders' Summit (NALS).
- The main priorities of this meeting were to discuss job creation, strengthening communities, and a focus on clean economic growth for North America.
- This was the first time the leaders met since 2007 and this resource highlights five key areas about the summit including Canada-U.S. Relations, Canada-Mexico Relations, the North American Relationship, media, and payments on an ex gratia basis.
