  • While this report was made to provide a 20-year agenda for improving the lives of Indigenous peoples and for revising how Indigenous claims should be handled, many of these proposed solutions/promises were never implemented.
  • This report includes four sections titled, Looking Forward, Looking Back, Restructuring the Relationship, Gathering Strength, Perspectives and Realities, and Renewal: A Twenty-Year Commitment.
