The British Columbia Fair Employment Practices Act
- This is British Columbia's Fair Employment Practices Act, which was implemented in 1956.
- Like the other provincial Fair Employment Practices Acts, this legislation made it illegal to discriminate against a potential employee based on race, religion, colour, nationality, ancestry, and/or place of origin.
